Import Customs Clearing

Firstly, imported goods from other countries must go through customs clearance before they can be imported into South Africa. It involves cross-checking all the documents filed under the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT). Shipment can either enter the country directly or by transit bond after passing the inspection. Plus, as soon as the South African Revenue Service (SARS) approves it, your parcel can be picked up or delivered.
